Why it was needed
The problem
A missed call is a missed patient or a missed deal. Front desks are busy exactly when the phone rings most, and the best closer in a company can only be on one call at a time.
Hiring more people to answer phones does not scale, and an old phone menu loses callers. The job needs something that can hold a conversation and then do the booking.
The system
What I built
AI medical receptionist
Takes inbound calls, books and reschedules appointments straight into the schedule, and routes urgent cases to a human without delay.
Outbound voice agents
Call lead lists, qualify interest, answer the common questions and book the interested ones onto a calendar.
Outreach in the founder's cloned voice
For a real-estate client whose voice itself carries trust, the agent calls leads in his cloned voice, shares new projects, books meetings and writes a clean call summary back to their system.
Operations agents for clinics
Multi-agent systems that run a clinic's operational backbone: patient communication, intake, scheduling and back-office work. A router hands each task to a specialist agent, and edge cases escalate to staff.
AI medical scribe
Listens to the clinical conversation and produces structured notes. Getting accurate structure out of messy live speech is the whole job.
Booking and scheduling agents
Appointment scheduling and rescheduling agents for clinics, law firms and professional services, and booking agents for conferences and events.
Step by step
How it runs
The phone rings
The agent answers on the first ring, at any hour.
It finds out why
A natural conversation, not a keypad menu. The caller says what they need in their own words.
It does the booking
New appointments and reschedules go straight into the calendar the practice already uses.
Urgent cases go to a person
Anything that should not wait is routed to a human without delay.
The record is written
The outcome lands in the client's CRM or calendar, so staff see what happened without listening to a recording.
Where the judgment went
The hard parts
Knowing when to hand over
In a medical setting the most important thing the agent does is recognise what it should not handle. Routing an urgent case to a person matters more than anything else it can do on the call.
Why a cloned voice
The real-estate client has a following, and his voice itself carries trust. A generic call-centre voice would have thrown that away. Calling in his own voice kept the personal touch without limiting it to one person's schedule.
