You don't have an AI problem. You have a workflow problem.

When founders ask about AI they expect something exotic. Then we look at how the work flows, and the fastest wins turn out to be ordinary.

Most businesses don't have an AI problem. They have a workflow problem that AI happens to fix.

When founders ask us about AI, they often expect something exotic. Then we look at how the work flows through the business, and we find things like:

  • the same data copied between four tools by hand
  • someone re-typing form submissions into a CRM
  • quotes, invoices and follow-ups that wait on a person remembering to send them
  • the same thirty questions answered over email, all day

None of that needs a fancy model. It needs the workflow rebuilt, with AI handling the language and judgment parts in the middle.

Where to start

That is usually where the fastest return is. Not a moonshot. A handful of automations that quietly give your team their hours back.

A useful exercise: list every task someone on your team does that is repetitive and follows a pattern.

That list is your AI roadmap, ranked by hours saved.

Start there, not with the shiny stuff.
